New Programs coming to THRC

Several trainers are starting various programs that will take place during the summer. Listed below are brief details about each program. 

Fit Club – a co-ed fitness club instructed by trainer Taylor Mayers, in which members will train together as a team for 6 weeks to reach every individual’s fitness goals. The team will work out with Taylor twice a week and together the remainder of the week, with one day of rest at the end of the week. 

Athletic Training – Middle school and High school athletes ages 12 and up will be working with trainer Hom Weusi. Members will be trained in a one on one atmosphere in groups of 3, working on speed agility, leadership, and other athletic drills.  

Kids Camp – a 6 week camp for kid’s ages 8-11 working with trainers Hom and Chris. Kids will work on motor learning, calisthenics, coordination and agility all in a friendly, fun environment. The camp will be Mon-Fri from 10am – 12 noon.  
 

Outdoor Boot Camp – a 6 week outdoor boot camp that will meet every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Trainers Cole Durham and Jimmy Meyer will be working with members in this high intensity, boot camp style program. Any non-member who signs up for this program will receive a 6 week pass to the gym during the duration of the boot camp.
