Beach Buns THRC'S newest class to get your body beach ready! A certified THRC Personal Trainer will guide you through movements that will target the glutes, quads, and hamstrings. The class will finish with an awesome ab segement.
Total Body Step Like to move your body?  This step class is far from traditional. It challenges both mind and body with exciting choreography and moves that will keep you coming back for more.
Hatha Yoga The Hatha form of Yoga is taught at a beginner to intermediate level-a gentle way to complete your day.
PowerFit PowerFit includes power-generating cone and rope drills, plyometric training, and other explosive movements related to sports conditioning. This 30 min. class will take your body to the next level in physical fitness. Don't forget- you must wear shoes with Non-Marking outsoles.
Cycling Our 45-minute cycling classes integrate music, energy, and coaching. Every fitness level can receive a challenging workout that improves cardio fitness and stamina while burning calories and fat. *towel & water bottle required*                                                                                                                                                           
KickBox Total Knock Out! This kickin' class is the hottest kickboxing class around! You'll kick, punch & groove the calories away in this action packed, super fun, safe and effective cardiovascular workout. It's kickboxing & so much more!
PowerPump PowerPump is a fun class that gets your heartrate going & blasts ALL your muscles. Each participant uses a barbell customized for their own fitness level to increase strength, endurance, & muscular definition.

Join the new workout revolution! Get out of your exercise rut doing Zumba which can burn 500 calories. Zumba combines salsa, meringue, rumba, and other fun dance moves. Get ready to RUMBA!  
Core Essential This class incorporates the use of the stability ball and dumbbells. Core Essential will build strength and stamina in the core muscles. Gentle yoga movements will finish the class with an emphasis in flexibility.
Abs Roll into tight abs! This class is taught by a certified Personal Trainer and uses the Stability Ball to improve strength, stamina and overall muscle tone in the abdominal muscles.
Pilates This Pilates Mat class is focused on bringing the body back into balance with exercises to strengthen the core muscles, improve posture, provide flexibility, balance, and increase overall body awareness for participants. Open to all fitness levels.
50/50 Offers the best of both worlds! The first half of the class is dedicated to cardiovascular fitness and fat burning using the cycle. Following is a change in focus with a workout using the PowerPump resistance equipment. Cut the fat and build the muscle in one awesome class!
